Hi Pedro,

What you would do is use the 3/7 setup for each main exercise, then from there move to the cable matching exercise and do a 3/7 set of the matching cable exercise.

To make it clearer - for center chest you would do:

Bench - 3 reps, 4 reps, 5 reps, 6 reps, 7 reps ...

then to the cable machine:

Cable crossover - 3 reps, 4 reps, 5 reps, 6 reps, 7 reps....

and then to the next exercise.

i.e. Next would be:

Incline dumbbell press - 3, 4,5, 6,7

and upper cables - 3,4,5,6,7

and then same for lower chest.
